Few places in India are at once so traveller friendly and yet so enchanting and hassle-free as mountain-framed Leh. Dotted with stupas and whitewashed houses, the Old Town is dominated by a dagger of steep rocky ridge topped by an imposing Tibetan-style palace and fort. Beneath, the bustling bazaar area is draped in a thick veneer of tour agencies, souvenir shops and tandoori-pizza restaurants, but a web of lanes quickly fans out into a green suburban patchwork of irrigated barley fields. Here, gushing streams and narrow footpaths link traditionally styled Ladakhi garden homes that double as charming, inexpensive guesthouses. Leh’s a place that’s all too easy to fall in love with – but take things very easy on arrival as the altitude requires a few days’ acclimatisation before you can safely start enjoying the area’s gamut of adventure activities.

Tour Itinerary

• Day - 1 : Overnight From Delhi to Manali

• Arrive at your boarding point for the overnight bus from Delhi to Manali

• Day - 2 : Manali arrival | Solang Valley

• After arriving in Manali the next morning, you will meet our representative

  Get transferred to the hotel and rest for a while

  In the afternoon, visit the famous Solang Valley

  You will get your orientation, and then, can enjoy activities like paragliding, quad biking, and ropeways

  On your way back, visit the Vashisht temple famous for natural hot springs

  The evening is free for you to explore Manali's markets

  Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel

• Day - 3 : Driving from Manali to Jispa

• After breakfast in the morning, start driving towards the beautiful Rohtang Pass

  After passing Gulaba, Marhi, Khoksar, you will cross into the untouched Lahaul Valley

  Keep driving to your next stopover at Jispa

  Gaze at stars in the night with your dinner

  Overnight at Jispa

• Day - 4 : Jispa to Sarchu

• Wake up and have your breakfast

  As you drive towards Sarchu, your next stop, you will pass many picturesque places like Darcha, Baralacha La, and Zing Zing bar

  You will reach Sarchu late in the evening

  Dinner and overnight at Sarchu

• Day - 5 : Driving to Leh

• After breakfast, begin the drive towards Leh, you will see many transformations happening in the landscape around you

  Stop at Nakee La, Lachung La, and Gata loops for some of the best pictures

  After crossing Pang and Rumtse, we will finally arrive in Leh by the evening

  Check in to the hotel and spend the evening at your leisure

  Dinner and overnight in Leh

• Day - 6 : Sham Valley Excursion

• After breakfast this morning, you will head to the famous Sham Valley near Leh

  This excursion will cover spots like Ladakh Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and Confluence of Indus and Zanskar

  You will also be driving up to the Magnetic Hill, and witness vehicles moving forward even when in neutral gear

  Overnight stay and dinner in Leh

• Day - 7 : Driving to Nubra Valley via Khardung La

• Get an early breakfast and get briefed about the day's trip to Nubra Valley

  You will be driving on the world's highest civilian motorable pass, Khardung La

  You will drive up to Diskit Monastery for an unending view of the Nubra Valley

  You will then head to the White Sand Dunes of Hundar, and get a double-humped camel ride

  Dinner and discussion session at the camps

  Overnight in Nubra camps

• Day - 8 : Driving to Pangong along Shyok

• After a breakfast in the morning, the tour leader will brief about the day's ride

  Post this, you will start driving along the river Shyok

  You will reach Pangong in the evening and check into your camps

  Dinner and Overnight at Pangong Camps

• Day - 9 : Pangong Lake to TsoKar Lake

• After breakfast, you will take some time to admire the beauty of the lake, before starting the drive

  Get ready to soak yourself in a white lake or Tso Lake, which is a salted water body.

  Reach here and spend a lovely night.

• Day - 10 : Driving to Jispa

• After breakfast in the morning, you will start the drive to Jispa from TsoKar.

  Stop for some pictures at Nakeela River, Lachung La, gata loops.

  Reach Jispa in the late afternoon and by late evening, share your experiences with each other while stargazing.

• Day - 11 : Going back to Manali

• You will start riding back to Manali after your breakfast

  You reach Manali in the afternoon

  Spend the evening at your leisure before getting transferred to the bus boarding point

  Overnight in bus

• Day - 12 : Arrival in Delhi

• In the morning, you will arrive in Delhi.
